Every user gets a set of personal settings they can adjust within their account.My account

 

Begin by clicking your username in the top-right corner of the screen, then choose 'My account' as illustrated.

This is the 'My Account' page.

Refer to the numbers below for an explanation of each feature.

1 Balance Displays the user's current balance
2 Notification An alert email gets sent whenever the balance drops below a threshold you set. Each user can configure this value.
3 Billing Links This area offers quick access to Payment, Balance, Previous Payments, and Balance Transfers.
4 Account Email This field can't be modified
5 Password Change your password right here
6 Display Name This is the name shown to others, and you’re free to update it whenever needed.
7 Full Name Your full name, also editable as necessary.
8 Mobile Number You can update this as needed.
9 Timezone Ensures all times appear in your local time zone
10 Recordings Publishing Setting If you're a Trainer, you can choose whether to let course recordings from your machine be published on the dadesktop.com/videos website.
11 Joined The date you signed up for DaDesktop
12 Delete Account Click here to permanently remove your DaDesktop account. All your associated data will be deleted.
13 My Organisation Every user can also add an Organisation to their account. This section displays your organisation's details.
14 Introduction Tour If you want the guided tour to show up again, simply untick this box.
