DaDesktop Use Cases

DaDesktop is designed to serve two very distinct scenarios:

1. Training and Development Cloud Desktops
2. Work Desktops

Training and Development Cloud Desktops

Desktops dedicated to Training and Development are optimized for rapid deployment and ease of use. Access is streamlined, allowing any individual to join via a shared link. This setup is typically utilized for interactive, instructor-led cloud desktop environments or virtual classrooms that facilitate high-quality corporate training. Instructors or trainers can monitor their students' cloud desktops, observing their participation levels during online classes in real-time.

To provide effective guidance, instructors have the capability to remotely access a student's desktop to offer hands-on support.

Additionally, training sessions can be recorded with audio to serve as a valuable reference resource.

DaDesktop is far more than just a learning management system!

Work Desktops

Work Desktops (referred to as DaDesktop for Work, or dd4w) function as secure cloud desktops for employees. Employers maintain full control over the data and software utilized by their staff, with all data and communications encrypted to ensure security.

Securing Data

Employers can further restrict access to data processed within the cloud desktop, preventing employees from transferring sensitive information externally. Restrictions can be applied to the clipboard and specific websites, ensuring that all data processing remains securely contained within the virtual desktop environment.

Recording Actions

User actions are captured in a highly compact format, allowing for the storage of millions of hours of virtual desktop usage per employee. This recording capability enables detailed analysis to detect any fraudulent behavior.

Secure Network

Access to corporate internal applications can be limited exclusively to DaDesktops. This approach controls access to confidential information and eliminates the risk of data interception on employees' personal computers.

DaDesktop serves as a complete virtual office platform!
