How it works

Each candidate is assigned a cloud desktop pre-equipped with the necessary tools, such as an editor, terminal, and browser. Interviewers can monitor the session in real time. Once the interview concludes, the desktop is reset, ensuring the next candidate begins from an identical state.

Candidates are not required to install any software. By simply connecting to the desktop via a browser, they bypass setup delays and eliminate hardware-related discrepancies from the process.
