Operational Workflow

Each candidate is provided with a cloud desktop equipped with the necessary tools for the task, such as an editor, terminal, and browser. The interviewer monitors the session live. Upon completion, the desktop is reset, allowing the next candidate to begin from the identical initial state.

Candidates are not required to install any software. They simply connect to the desktop via a browser, thereby removing setup delays and hardware variability from the process.
