Privacy Policy

DaDesktop is committed to safeguarding the privacy of everyone who uses our services. This policy outlines how we gather and handle your personal information and the steps we take to keep your data secure.

We only collect and use personal data to the extent needed to deliver our services to you, or for the legitimate purposes described in this privacy policy. It’s important to understand that the way data is collected and stored can vary significantly depending on which hosting service you choose.

NobleProg hosted public server

This solution runs within a NobleProg data centre inside the EU, meeting GDPR standards. It is a shared server for NobleProg clients and can be accessed by NobleProg.

If you opt for a server located outside the EU, local legislation may apply. Data for UK-based customers remains in the UK.

NobleProg hosted private server

This option is also housed within a NobleProg data centre in the EU. It is a dedicated server for a single organisation, and no other entity will use the hardware.

Should you select a server outside the EU, local legislation may apply.

On-premise server

With this arrangement, the server sits on the organisation’s own premises. The software is installed on that server, and all data stays entirely under the organisation’s control.
