Deleting Your Account

To remove your DaDesktop user account, go to the My Account page. The option to delete it is at the very bottom. Click the Delete button to kick off the account deletion process.

After pressing Delete, confirm your identity by entering your DaDesktop password. A verification link will then be sent to the email address you have on file—simply open that message and click the link to permanently close your account.
